For a long lasting natural tan, apply evenly to exposed body skin and sit under morning sun for 10 to 15 minutes.

The use of high protection sunscreen before applying this oil is recommended. For external use only.  Avoid contact with eyes. If you have highly sensitive skin do a test patch prior to use.
